Join Dr. Rachel Fish for an interactive discussion with teens and parents to unpack the rise in antisemitism demonstrated by statements from Kanye West, Kyrie Irving, Berkeley law students and others. Scholar warrior Rachel Fish will share her personal and professional experience to discuss current events surrounding the rise in antisemitism as well as navigating these experiences.

Dr. Rachel Fish is the co-founder of Boundless, a think-action tank partnering with community leaders to revitalize Israel education and take bold collective action to combat Jew hatred. Boundless is a new nonprofit think-action tank reimagining Israel education and engagement and taking bold collective action to combat Jew hatred across North America. Dr. Fish is a celebrated academic with 20 years of experience in the fields of Israeli history, Zionist thought, and Middle Eastern Studies. Recognized for her teaching prowess and pedagogical approaches, Dr. Fish has published extensively and is frequently called upon to advise on community interventions to reclaim an Israel discourse that is nuanced and complex while remaining accessible to a broad audience.

Arielle Mogolesko is currently a senior at Marblehead High School. In addition to being a JTI Peer Leadership Fellow, she is also co-chair of the Lappin Foundation’s Teen Antisemitism Task Force as well as a StandWithUs Kenneth Leventhal High School Intern. After doing a semester at the Alexander Muss High School in Israel, her passion has been educating about and combatting antisemitism. She’s delighted to join the conversation as she heads to college this coming fall and has some concerns about antisemitism in the future

Carly LaKind is a senior at Swampscott High School.  Outside of JTI, Carly attends Camp Tevya where she has really learned to love being Jewish. After this past summers trip to Israel is when she really started to open her eyes to antisemitism. With many incidents that keep happening she knew she would learn valuable takeaways from this webinar that will not only help her but will help others too learn how to deal with and understand how antisemitism impacts all Jewish people around the world.

Hailey Oberlander is a high School senior at Marblehead High School.
