Matthew Ghan is originally from San Jose, California and graduated from Chapman University in 2016 with a degree in Communication Studies. While in undergrad he studied abroad in Israel and was involved in Hillel serving as the President of Chapman Hillel and on Hillel International’s Student Cabinet. Since Matt graduated, he has been in a variety of leadership roles with teen organizations, including URJ Camp Newman and NFTY: The Reform Jewish Youth Movement. Currently, he serves as the Executive Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of The Hillel Foundation of Orange County and works for the Union for Reform Judaism Camping and Youth Division as the Business & Operations Analyst.
